Prelims results

ravenMy prelims results came through. They came through. I passed. Oh my god, I passed. More than that, I got firsts for philosophy and politics. I can't believe it. Bob said he thought I wasn't capable of getting a distinction in philosophy - and he's emailed me to congratulate me. I was really touched.
Oh, yes, economics - six marks off a fail. Six. But I don't really care, apart from that fact I didn't get a distinction overall, which is a shame, but really, never mind. I'm trying not to mind. No, I don't mind. I shall never do economics again. I don't have to resit this paper and so from now it ceases to matter.
Oh my god. I passed and I did okay.
(In other news, I'm a bit of a wreck. Actually a lot of a wreck. I've been sleeping very badly, labouring through constant headaches and spending my days either insomniac or comatose. But more on that anon, because right now I'm feeling pretty good.)
