St Valentine's Day

Um. I have tried to write this in five different ways in the last couple of minutes and deleted it every time.

Okay. Um. I went out with Hannah today, and stuff happened, and it's Valentine's Day, and god, I'm actually getting girlie just writing this, but we're together. Yeah, like that. It felt right.

The slightly longer version (yeah, while you all scrape bits of hathy_col off the ceiling) is, we spent the day together, shopping and talking, and we ended up in Costa in Waterstone's just as night was falling. Hannah wanted me to try this thing called a Chocolissimo, which is nothing so much as a fondue you drink with a chocolate spoon, and she ordered one which we ended up sharing. And while I was sitting there with the chocolate dripping onto my fingers, I started to wonder about the difference between this, what we have, this friendship that runs so deep, and what we could have if we only thought about it.

Argh. Kill me for my prose.

We talked about it for a while, and she drank chocolate stuff and we giggled (I can't eat melted chocolate!), and ended up kissing quietly while both entirely sober in a public place. And there are bad things (which we discussed) and good things (very good things) and all in all, carpe diem, my love. Seize the fish. :)

I only speak to three people in school- you,miranda and cath so you don't need to worry, like I would anyway.

Savage Garden, sigh. Never much liked Darren Hayes by himself, though. I saw them live once. omgthegay, etc.

I wish I;d seen them live- daniel and darren *swoon* and our school sucks I know. *kicks Mrs.Brandrith* you do realise the entire place will be yellow by the time we get back *sighes* and I've been writing so much that my hands are cramping, ow.
