Bunny suicides
Jan. 21st, 2005 05:45 pmI got two more birthday presents today - a cappucino mug and nail varnishes from Becca, and The Book of Bunny Suicides from (who else?) Fidan. The book has been going the rounds - last I saw, Rice-Oxley was sitting in a corner giggling over it - and I'm tempted to buy the sequel, the Return of the Bunny Suicides. My favourite is the bunny sitting between two shops, World of Knives and Electromagnets R Us.
I still feel loved.
Chemistry! Chemistry, chemistry, chemistry. It wasn't awful. Very heavily weighted towards the organic, for some reason, and it seems to me that every mechanism I drew was nucleophilic addition-elimination. There was a question on buffers and another on Kc, both of which had me coming seriously unstuck, but other than that it wasn't so bad. I ignored everything to do with proton n.m.r. spectra.
I'm glad it's over.

on 2005-01-21 10:01 pm (UTC)If you do Chemistry up to U4, do separate science at GCSE, pass Chemistry, then take and pass AS Chemistry, work through module 4, and then come to the night before the exam and then you don't understand it, it will be bad. Right now, rejoice blissful ignorance. :)
