I got two more birthday presents today - a cappucino mug and nail varnishes from Becca, and The Book of Bunny Suicides from (who else?) Fidan. The book has been going the rounds - last I saw, Rice-Oxley was sitting in a corner giggling over it - and I'm tempted to buy the sequel, the Return of the Bunny Suicides. My favourite is the bunny sitting between two shops, World of Knives and Electromagnets R Us.

I still feel loved.

Chemistry! Chemistry, chemistry, chemistry. It wasn't awful. Very heavily weighted towards the organic, for some reason, and it seems to me that every mechanism I drew was nucleophilic addition-elimination. There was a question on buffers and another on Kc, both of which had me coming seriously unstuck, but other than that it wasn't so bad. I ignored everything to do with proton n.m.r. spectra.

I'm glad it's over.

And to finish, I give you eighteen gingerbread ravens, courtsey of [livejournal.com profile] bathaser:

And I'm glad about yours, too!

Now, Biology. Tell me, what is it you love about the subject? I'm honestly interested, because it does my head in. :)

(Bunnies are fab. I want the next book!)

Yes, the sequel is The Return of the Bunny Suicides.

If you do Chemistry up to U4, do separate science at GCSE, pass Chemistry, then take and pass AS Chemistry, work through module 4, and then come to the night before the exam and then you don't understand it, it will be bad. Right now, rejoice blissful ignorance. :)

Biology does your head in?! Good god! I don't know why i love it so much, to be honest.. it's just, y'know, Biology. Perhaps because i'm not lucky enough to be able to comprehend the universe and everything, i just settle for trying to understand life. I'd agree with anyone who said that A-level ecology sucks, but apart from that, i pretty much love all of it :)

(When you're famous, i am going to quote you - "Bunnies are fab" :p)
