FQF

I know, I've been quiet. There's not been much to write about, to be honest. Real life has involved much boringness. I have acquired a new crazy habit to go with the ones I have already, and that is to go out every night at six and randomly walk, towards the beach sometimes and the rabbit fields other times, just listening to music and enjoying the weather. Aside from that, I have been attempting to avoid my mother's dish-party, which was a moderate success. The weird thing about it is, I got the urge to clean my room. It obviously got invaded by the younger contingent, and although I'd never tidy of my own accord, I did it anyway just because it wasn't me who had caused the mess. Yes, I am making no sense.

And to provide a little actual content to this entry, two rather good things have happened. The first is the fact hathy_col wrote fic for me! Fic featuring the Lestranges, and it's fantastic and you should all go and read it. Because, really, what's more likely than a married couple being Death Eaters? I have said this so many times, but what does the other one do, if they're not both Death Eaters? Does one come home at night and say, "Sorry, love, you'll have to wash my cloak, it's all bloodstained 'cause I went Muggle-hunting tonight."

You see. It makes no sense. Which is why I like the Lestranges so much, and hathy_col even more.

And the next thing, which is also upping the ante on the "Yay! factor. My Sirius/Remus FQF entry is up. I mention it because:
a) I don't remember submitting it;
and
b)Someone on my friends list (gamesiplay? language_idling?) asked to see it.

So yes, there's that. Apart from the glittery stuff, that's my first fic in the fandom, so I'm quite proud of it. The challenge was "Attempted suicide" which is something I seem to find myself writing in all fandoms. The last one was a M*A*S*H fic, then there was a Stargate one, wasn't there? I wrote it for hathy_col - I should hunt that down.

And that really is everything.
