I'm in a classics lesson. Micrsosoft Word appears to think "Nausicaa" is the same thing as "Nausea." I have just figured out how to underline in pink.... yay(!) That's the highlight of my morning so far.
I have been asked so far: does "nymph" have a capital letter, where did Odysseus come from, how you spell "chronological" and "Ithaca" and something else... I forget what. I have been asked whether Homer was an author or a writer or something else entirely, how many words on a side, and how long the Trojan War lasted. I have answered everything to the best of my ability. I think.
Crap!!! Everything gone. Damn computer. Damn fucking computer that destroys everything I've ever written. This never happens at home, this only happens here!!!
I want my own computer. If only I could roll it up really small and put it in my pocket. This is so not fair!!!
The only thing that makes this at all better is the fact I'm going to use a new icon on this entry, from the Stargate ep 1969...
This is so unfair!!! Never mind... I'm really looking forward to tomorrow at the moment. I only just found out we have Tuesday off school as well!
I have underlined in pink again. It looks pretty, and I can say so myself because this is the second time I've done it and I've earned the right to be a tad pissed off.
Picture to use... 1969....
Ah, yes, another question... "Did Circe sleep with Odysseus?"
Where was I? That's right... picture to use, 1969... should I use this one as default or should I use the SIlverchair one? Answers on a postcard, please....

I just wrote the longest entry ever. It could have rivalled the Enclopaedia Britannica for length, depth, and subjects covered. And then of course, the computer went funny. A computer crashes by freezing up and refusing to do anything, right? But no, this went really weird. The song in the media player started going waaaaay too fast and seizing up, I couldn't get onto any websites, and the CPU started making these weird "pip!" noises every time I touched the mouse. I was scared, so I pressed reboot and lost the longest lj entry in the world. So now I don't dare play any music - though I am downloading Silverchair - Greatest View - and it's too quiet. Don't like it! It's all creepy! I can hear the trees and the birds cause the windows are open, and everything is freaking me out a bit.
I've always been afraid that one day there'll be a really huge thunderstorm, and one of the trees in the pinewoods will come crashing through the roof and straight into my room! There's a reason why I'm at the top of the house!
And failing that, what if the sea came inland? This is the first house it would hit! Somehow, I don't think this house scores well in the "Location, location, location" stakes. Yeah, it's pretty, but there are so many things out to get you!
I have decided I need to do something to my room. I love it, obviously, but I'm bored of it. It's been like this for aeons. Changing the posters might be an idea.... but I can'tbe bothered and I've run out of blu-tack.
What CD to put in the player? I haven't got my Silverchair one any more, thanks to a certain person, and I don't feel like Travis or Staind and all the other CDs are in the library and I'd have to actually get up and walk to find them. The library is a complete tip at the moment. It's reached saturation point again and my dad is talking about putting the books in the loft - nooooooo! They'd get all dusty and horrible and that wouldn't be nice *sob*
Have to go and do something now - I forget what. And a word to the wise - watch Frasier tonight. I watched tonight's ep when I was in Chicago, and I cried laughing. You have been warned *mimes music from Psycho*

I have just come to a momentous decision. I've been dabbling illicitly in slash for quite some time now, writing vignettes and password protecting them. As for posting any of it online - forget it.
However, I've decided I've been doing this for long enough. I'm going to start posting it - under a different name and e-mail address. I'm not saying what they are! I'm going to pretend to be two different people - Raven, who writes angsty gen fic, and.... someone else(!) *evil laughter*
Question - where can I post it online? I can't use the Alphagate for reasons that are too embarrassing to go into, Heliopolis doesn't accept slash, and I hate fanfiction.net! Please help...

Part two of evil slash plan in progress! *more evil laughter* Hopefully no-one will ever find out who I really am! That's what I love about the net - not being the same person all the time. Although, all the people who call me Raven in RL - I love you v.much as I hate "Iona" as a name. As a place it's not so bad.
Anyway... I think I might go to bed in a minute. It's just a thought. Hopefully I won't spend too much time thinking about it.
