Nem's wife

For some reason, I was thinking about something that happened at SG-5. Me, Em, Clare, Gill and Colleen were sitting in the Conservatory, eating. To be more exact, Em and Clare were eating chips, Colleen was eating Maltesers, Gill (to the ridicule of all) was eating a steak-and-kidney pie, and I was eating Dairylea cheese and bemoaning the fact you always run out of crackers before you run out of cheese. I was also flicking through the fanzine Kawoosh, and for some reason, was trying to do the quiz. It became a combined effort, as happened to a lot of things at the convention. We are all obsessive fangirlies, but we really sucked at the quiz. And there were so many questions you think you ought to know, but honestly can't remember, like - "Who was Garshaw's host?" and "What was Teal'c's father's name?"
We got those in the end. The thing that stumped everyone was: "Who killed Nem's wife?"
We sat and thought about it for about ten minutes, at the end of which Clare got a wild look in her eyes and said, "I know!"
Everyone looked at her.
"Omarocca!" she said.
Cue collective sigh. No, Clare, darling, Omarocca was Nem's wife...
It occurred to me at that point. I could have stood up in this crowded restuarant-type place, and shouted, "Can I have your attention for just a moment, please! Who killed Nem's wife?"
Someone was bound to know. I only regret I didn't do it.
That might be why I'm thinking about it now.

The answer, incidentally, is Belos. Something we only discovered after looking up the answers in the back of the 'zine...

Omoroca, eh? Damn, now I have, "What fate Omoroca now, bitch?!" stuck in my head. That was something I cam eup with after seeing someone dressed as Nem at Gatecon.

Your questions sound hard as hell. Sehk's Party had a quiz, too. The only one my friends and I didn't get was "Who is Oscar?" Tell me who he is, and I'll give you a virtual cookie.
