A Meme, A Posting Meme

So some people do this meme in December and ask their friends to give them things to talk about, which I always think is really cool and love reading all the answers. I am choosing to do it in August/September because that's also where the year begins, for many of us, and because now feels like a good time when I'm also feeling I don't have much in me to say.

So, have at it, if there's anything you'd like me to write about I will try. I reserve the right not to answer, but life, work, friends, race and gender, fandom, writing, books, controversial opinions (or just plain opinions) and anything else, all fair game.

Poor reading comprehension when starting to read the linked post made me curious if you'd be willing to do the same thing about drafting in the writing process sense!
