It seems that when I finally reach home and get changed and find my stripy tassely socks, I still don't seem to able to take off my jewellery. I'm still wearing my bracelets, earrings, and dogtags...
Anyway. The pop concert. The second night. The last night.
I went.
I sucked. Well, maybe not. But I wasn't much good. Better than Baker, perhaps, with her script composed of Gorgonzola, Edam and mozzarella in fairly equal proportions. The audience would have eaten her without salt. And choked on her afterwards.
The audience were wonderul except when they were being a pain in the arse.
Silverchair's Diorama rocks - I have finally started listening to it.
So do Celebrations - rock, that is - Sarah presented me and Enid with a box of them at the end.

Yuk... feel awful. Lonely. In a crowd. Yuk.
I am now going to watch M*A*S*H and go to bed. There, that sounds more like my life, doesn't it?

Have memories of school 6th form children in need concert.

They mostly did Take That (who were pretty fucking sad, even then. Am not that old.). I... ummm... oh yes. I hung around in the background and said "there is no way I am dancing". I would have helped with lights, but didn't.

I have vague memories of me and "the other goth" (who was actually a goth. I never way. No sirry bob (how do you spell that?) - I just liked the clothes and the make-up and some [but a minor part] of the music. Never a goth) hanging arounf int he back of the stage, offering to do make-up and - somehow, I wonder why - being turned down.

Then the bastards expelled me. Ho hum.

ANyway, what I meant to say was: yay you. You actually went out there and did it. Good for you.

Also... ah, but will email.

They expelled you? And you weren't even a goth... *shakes head*
Well, you are right. I went out there, with [livejournal.com profile] eniddy of course, and we did it. The audience refused to shut up. And no Take That tonight... a lot of Britney Spears, and a squad of cheerleaders with their pom-poms...
Anyway. It is all over now. Never again shall we sing Hey Mickey with quite so mich enthusiasm...
