I didn't even bother to stream this first -- I went straight to downloading it, and it did not disappoint. :D Oh, it is wonderful! Somewhere around Colonel Potter turning off the lantern on sleeping Hawkeye, I teared up a bit over how lovely it was. And including the singing at the end was a great touch.

Awww, yay, I'm glad you liked it! There are so many scenes in the show of people looking after each other - Potter turning out the light, the doctors falling asleep and other people throwing blankets over them (and I'm still sorry I couldn't fit in Radar taking a martini glass out of Hawkeye's outstretched hand!). Oh shooooow.

Ah that's lovely! It makes me get all squishy inside. I loved that show. You captured the togetherness of them all. I loved the clip with Margaret helping Hawkeye lie down. I always loved the moments when Margaret got to be gentle and kind and competent and to let down her hard exterior, even though I understand why she needed that hard exterior in the man's army. Ah. Lovely.

Ah, you have my sympathies - job applications are universally miserable. Although aside from that, I am very well thanks - if I can pull this job off (I'm sort of doing it already), I'll be secure for at least two years, which is a pleasure I've not yet known. It's a great project too, so I'd be chuffed to bits if I actually got to run it :) Hope you're well, your procrastination is certainly more productive than mine!
