Oh, flist, I did something today that was so stupid I am choosing to laugh at it rather than cry a lot. I can't tell you what it is, unfortunately, but please take my word for it that you would side-eye and go "you did WHAT" a lot. As a consequence I am putting my name on jjhunter's Words and Deeds meme, because sometimes you need to be reminded of the occasions in your life when your stupidity did not stand proud overlooking the desert, monumental.

I was so distracted by a long car journey and changes to the Co-op car park layout in Headington since I was last there (about ten years ago) that I ended up going the wrong way down a one way street there earlier this evening. This is stated in solidarity with your nameless horror.

That still makes me happy! Iggy Pop would be an awesome genre. Next time I see you in person, I will tell you the excruciatingly stupid thing I did today, and hopefully by then I won't have to try so hard to laugh at it. Although to be honest I am starting to see the funny side now. :)
