Nov. 11th, 2008 08:43 pmDear
yuletide writer,
There will be a letter for you here! Really! Only, it will be tomorrow, when I am slightly less fail.
Here we go! Well, dear writer, if you like it, I will like it. For some reason, at this time of year, I like happy stories. For the Casson family, I'd love for them to be their usual cheerfully weird selves; for To Say Nothing of the Dog, the same! I like ensemble pieces and happy comedies.
For Slings & Arrows, I heart Geoffrey Tennant rather a lot, but I love all of them, I'm a sucker for stories that are set post-show.
And for Mulan - well, I adore Mulan herself. I'm kind of curious of what she did with herself after the movie, though. And how more inept Shang got when he was pursuing her.
In general, though? Write what you want. Seriously. I'll be happy. Enjoy yourself!
With love,
Raven

on 2008-11-14 07:10 am (UTC)(PS, To Say Nothing of the Dog--I'm assuming that's the Willis novel and not Jerome? Which makes me wonder: WHY HAS NO ONE EVER REQUESTED THREE MEN IN A BOAT FOR YULETIDE???)
