New Year

Happy new year, everyone! I had a very interesting New Year's Eve indeed, and I do wish I could scribble a bit about it, but I'm on very limited access indeed and don't have the time. It was much more fun than expected, though - more later if possible.

Anyway. This is just to pop up and wish everyone a lovely 2007, and all those people who called and texted me - thank you. I was so touched that you all did that, even though I'm on the other side of the world and it must be horrifically expensive. Thank you!

I am leaving Miami today - setting out tonight - but I hope I'll have internet access. And I do hope 2007 starts off well. I noticed that my 2006 has been longer than everyone else's - five hours longer, to be precise - and 2007 will accordingly be shorter. I hope it's sweet in its shortness. See you all soon.
