Disappearing

Okay! Time to go. I have to leave in five hours, so definitely time to go and take a nap, at least. And LJ tells me it's September 1st, so this is very exciting. I wanted to write up some reviews and do some memes and be a little bit fannish, but I've run out of time. So, I'll leave you with one thought on "Anasazi", which I finally got to see yesterday.

Scully shooting Mulder is.... love? Yes. It's love. That's what it is. She should do it more often. Also, Mulder and Krycek - surely, someone must have noticed the fact they can't keep their hands off each other? And, and, "The Red and The Black", Krycek sets Mulder up so he can attack him, roll him over, pin him down, kiss him, say, "Good luck, my friend," in suitably affectionate Russian, and disappear into the night. Leaving Mulder sitting, dazed and bemused, in the dark, for Scully to find hours later. There is no other way to interpret this, is there?

Um, if I get distracted onto matters fannish, I will go on for hours and there goes my nap. So, er, goodbye all, behave yourselves, write lots of porn, don't do anything too exciting without me, and also OMG OMG OMG Monday is the Visit of OMG. (If you want me for anything, email is good; I just won't have very regular access. You can't call me but you can text me, weirdly enough. In fact, I positively enourage it.) And that's it! I firmly support Mulder/Krycek or Scully/Krycek! But not as long term solid relationships, just as wild, vicious long term flings where people get thrown up against walls a lot. Totally hot, but not very stable. I bet BlueGhosty Krycek follows them around and cuddles in when they're in bed. Hot. And voyeuristic.

The apartment is almost entirely ready for y'all, and I spent much of today searching for a good place to walk along the lake. (Turns out access isn't as free and easy as I'd thought, but I will prevail!)

In the meantime, it's weirdly quiet on LJ. Every now and then I think, HEY, that's partly because two of my favorite people are on the road (metaphorically speaking) to me.
