There are no other Indians on my flist, I think (if I'm wrong, feel free to correct me) but never mind. A happy Independence Day to all, nevertheless. Fifty-eight years is too short a time.

That's it and no more. I am feeling excluded from the 100 icons squee (not that I would ever fill them), but I would at the moment like a girl!Doctor icon. If anyone would make me one, I would write them the fic and/or drabble of their choice. The difficulty is choosing someone to represent her - someone suggested Rachel Weisz, particularly in the Mummy movies - but if someone has a better idea, please do tell.

I'm glad you were amused by my Curse icons. They were quite silly.

¹ As far as shippiness goes, I'm not really a huge fan of the blatant sort (beyond what we see in the series), but hints can be interesting. ;)

Happy Independence Day (belatedly)! Funnily enough, I just finished reading Indian Ink, which is a play about sex and poetry and good stuff like that, but also Indian independence.
