Am in Singapore. Am alive, which is more than I expected. Clutching HBP to me like it's my first-born, naturally. Four hours on next flight to Darwin to read it in. Airport is lovely in idealised-ethnic-mix-and-lots-of-water-features kind of way. Also, kind of shattered as last flight was eleven hours and forty-four minutes. Not reading flist till have read book. Love and miss you all, but my fifteen minutes are up.
