I was momentarily panicked this morning about purplerainbow and whether she went by Eurostar. I didn't think she did, but still mindless panic. She's fine, she's safe in Paris where security has been doubled but they're pretty much in the dark over what's going on.

So far everyone I know is fine. I've been watching BBC1 since ten thirty this morning, and it's scary.

*shudder* I'm glad, too. 9/11 never had this much impact because it happened so far away, but my friends are in London, I'm supposed to be in London four days from now, and even the slightest possibility of something having happened to the people I know and love would kill me.
