ravenIf I had cause to hate BT before, I have even more cause to hate them now!
Delayed activation, they say. There are problems with the line.
So, it doesn't matter that they lost my details for a week and forgot who I was, and then did everything twice, it doesn't matter that they are charging us and the NHS exorbitantly for the privilege of using their non-existent service, now they're delaying everything after delivering the fucking box this morning!
Complete and utter incompetence.... people need broadband, godammit!
