ravenI went to a party last night that didn't feature any of the resident lunatics. I didn't even know I had other friends. In all seriousness, I probably didn't fit in at last night's party. Emma's birthday party, to be specific - I gave her a couple of books - and I knew most of the people, but none very well. I don't know, I never thought I was as socially maladjusted as this, but as Hannah was saying the other night, it's only one more year. I can deal with that.
Talking of Hannah, I spent about two hours on the phone to her going through my lifetime's worth of problems. Bless the girl, she finds my problems somewhat amusing. This is because they are, and if I were someone else I'd probably be just as amused. There's one thing in particular, which I won't mention.
We also talked about school; I can't face it and it starts on Thursday. I don't feel like my holiday has even started, and UCAS actually opens on Wednesday, which is quite possibly the most frightening thing that will ever happen to me in my sadly uneventful life. I thought results day was bad, but if I'd failed everything then at least I wouldn't have had to worry about UCAS.
Talking of things that are not nice, Pedar is in the middle of a fit of depression, and I think it's something to do with me. Ever since I got back from Wales, he's been talking about how my going to university will be different. It will be. He's going to have to learn how to use a computer himself, for one thing. And he's going to have to email me and phone me, rather than standing outside on the landing and yelling until I emerge.

amchau and playing with Photoshop, which was fun to some extent. I'm not very good with it, probably because I have no idea what I'm doing, but I did rather like this icon.
Bored now.
And I ought to make myself a vamp!Willow icon, too.
