raven: [hello my name is] and a silhouette image of a raven (metatron [counterglow])

So, I haven't updated in a while, but this is because I have nothing of substance to write about. I am tired of family around, all the time. I want my nice calm solitary existence back. I am sick to the teeth of everything, in fact. I miss Hannah and Leigh desperately and only Am-Chau is really keeping me sane. I'm probably driving everyone crazy.

I got something in the post today from Clare - thank you. A clear clicky pencil, with the note; "Saw this and thought of you." I love that - really love it. No occasion, nothing special, she just sent it because she thought I would like it. Which I did, very much. <3

Glad you liked it. I know the feeling. I'm fed up of everything too. I'm fed up of being on my own. It was fun for the first couple of days, but now it's just lonely.

Am going to bed, I swear, but I just wanted to check up on your journal before I did. I missed you terribly, too; looked for a present for you over in Australia, but couldn't find anything appropriate. There were all sorts of plush birds, but the closest I could find to a raven was a partially black chickadee, and that seemed a stretch even to me.

I like how nonlinear this comment is, sort of like how nonlinear my walls are appearing the further I slide into total jet lag. But I did miss you.

*mwah* A partially black chickadee? I don't think I'd heard of chickadees until just now. :)

I missed you like crazy. Sliding into jet-lag, however, is not of the good, and I have a feeling you're happily in the land of Nod as I write this. :)
