Some notes.
Jun. 27th, 2004 08:50 pmJust some notes. Firstly, I updated Sleeping With Ghosts. I posted Love Is Not Love, plus five commentaries. I'm not posting them here because well, it's a lot of effort and it's narcissistic, but they are Chemistry, Homecoming, Easter, Making Moony Laugh and Love Is Not Love.
Secondly, this is probably going to be a busy week for me, so not much in the way of updating and/or email replies. I've got school tomorrow and Tuesday, which will probably involve Biology coursework planning and my stress level going through the roof, and on Wednesday I'm going down to Oxford, to visit New College. I'm staying over and fingers crossed, will meet
amchau on Thursday. I'm really looking forward to that, although I am yet to invest in a pink carnation. Possibly something I must buy at Lime Street.
In other news, Jane said she might drop in at some point during the week. This has cheered me up enormously.
Also, Friday - I've not quite convinced my mother, but hopefully the party will go ahead. Em's on a course, Enid, Hannah and Colleen can come and so can Becca, I'm yet to hear from Clare or ask Emma - is that right? In deference to our communist state, I'm wearing Hannah's silver bead bracelets, which are shining in the light. They're very pretty.
Of course, I'd better make sure the party can actually go ahead. Watch this space for that.
And to finish, I think I'm starting physiotherapy this week, which I am scared about. Is it weird for me to be so scared? I was lying in bed last night thinking about this, and I was in pain, and fell asleep and dreamed it all went wrong and they put me in surgery. Which may yet happen. I was terrified, and I've been under a general anaesthetic before without being scared. I don't know what's wrong with me.
That's everything for now. Tune in next week for another installment of the fabulous life of me, etc.

on 2004-06-27 06:27 pm (UTC)On a lighter note, I've been working on that "Never Ask Why Build" commentary on and off all day, and I might get it posted by the end of the night.
