Chemistry mock practical was a disaster.

Chimera is the best Stargate episode in absolute ages.

I am currently reading the personal statement of a girl who got into Cambridge having applied to medicine everywhere else.

Leigh, Em, Am-Chau - emails are forthcoming. Enid, the head girl is Julie.

I have a tonne of work to do. I suck.

Chemistry was a disaster. I appear to have produced a 38% percentage error.

Kate got 95% in her last maths test. Some of which may be due to me.

I finished A Hat Full of Sky. I loved it.

I really suck.

At Chemistry.

I hope that covers all the bases. I'm not updating because, well, I don't feel like it.

Ugh. I can sympathize on the Chemistry, seeing as how I just had two days' worth of disastrous Physics. Today I wrote that the time for a radio message to get from Earth to the moon, according to the person on the moon, was .144 light years.

...And today was better than yesterday.

You don't really suck. Not even at Chemistry, I daresay. And even if you do, well, I suck worse, I promise.

Will be watching for your email. I think email is my anchor to sanity right now. ;)

Oh, dear! *laughs* Maybe the fact I don't do Physics turned out well after all. Out of interest, which subjects do you do?

Email has been dispatched. I have rambled. I find myself doing that a lot lately. :)

Right now I'm testing in Physics, Calculus, History (mainly European, a little Africa and Asia), English (literature), Psychology, and Spanish Literature. What about you? I can never keep track!

Email has been received. Will try to respond posthaste.

Six subjects? Wow. Just... wow. I do Chemistry, Biology, Politics and English language/lit combined, and next year will drop Biology. I can't wrap my head around six subjects (though, last year I did ten, weirdly enough).

I know we've concluded this many times before, but education systems are weird. :)

I think the typical American high school requires somewhere in the range of six to eight subjects each semester. In this county, it's seven-- I only have six academic subjects right now because I work as an aide my first period this semester. There's not much else for IB seniors to do after Theory of Knowledge ends first semester. Your system makes more sense to me: more concentration.

They are indeed.
