Work placement

I've read through my entire History paper one file, but still don't feel like I know anything. Gah. If I fail, I fail. Life is so sucky, angst, angelcakes, etc.

One random thing - Pedar's just informed me he's going to Edinburgh tomorrow, which he never told me and I am somewhat aggravated about. He's back on Thursday, he says. Huh.

And the other thing - I have a work placement! With the Southport Visitor! And there ain't a damn thing my mother can do about it!

Whee! Congratulations, I went there last year and had a fabulous time. They really make you welcome. They also really make you work, though, so if like me you have a phobia of speaking to strangers on telephones, get over it before you go(!)
