Two things for a Tuesday afternoon:
Oct. 20th, 2009 02:19 pm1. Tomorrow, I am off at the crack of dawn for an interview for a training contract. This week's Big Legal Issue is definitely the Carter-Ruck/Trafigura kerfuffle, but I'm not as up on it as I ought to be - can anyone recommend interesting/comprehensive blog posts on the subject? Bonus points if they're written by lawyers and not laypeople, but anything is good.
