I am strangely tired. Spent the whole day in Southport, had eye test and chose out new glasses - was slightly depressed at the fact these are the last pair of free glasses I shall ever have. From now on I'll have to pay for them.
And after that, four hours' shopping in Southport and between us, my mother and I managed to spend a grand total of 89p. The money went on a military green beanie hat, which I love already. It goes with the dogtags(!)
Cue today's M*A*S*H geekiness - Radar's growing up (how old is he, anyway? He looks about fifteen!) and comes to tell Uncle Trapper ("And Aunt Hawkeye!") all about his girlfriend. Awwwww....
Now I have to post a letter, avoiding my mother (who is overreacting to every little thing at present) and Pedar (who is depressed).
And also have to finish writing letter to the BBC.
