raven: [hello my name is] and a silhouette image of a raven (achtung baby)
Sheeesh. I hate the complications involved in setting up a new account for anything.
Anyway, back to using the journal for the purpose it was designed for...
Broke up today, to go backwards. For some bizarre yet-to-be-explained reason Sprog was in. And I got my report, yay-oh-yay. I was quite pleased with it, but I was then informed I have an attitude problem. I can be "downright rude" "arrogant" and... something else. Don't ask me what, ask the bitchmeister.
Maybe I do have an attitude problem. Yes, and it's a serious problem I must have. Me. Hmmm. I didn't get an attainment prize, which has its good points and bad points - I can skive Prizegiving, but it's the principle of the thing. Not getting an attainment prize gets me thrown out of the club.
I did get a commandation, which I was oddly offended by. Is that wrong?
We didn't go to Smolenskis in the end, instead going to McDonalds, and I did meet Chanun and Ramneek there - apparently they're going to India tomorrow.
Ella invited me back to hers, but I didn't go - I could've done, but I wanted to be back in time for Pedar as he wanted to go to some computer related thing and take me with him for moral support. He has now changed his mind, which means I could have gone, but nevermind.
I got back, and nearly died from carrying three tonnes of books in a flimsy orange Grin bag, which thankfully didn't split. But I reached home, got bored, met the most irritating person in the world in the shape of the painter, who neglected to inform me that there was wet paint on my doorframe! *grrr* Paint everywhere.
Have uploaded new userpics. Look at this one, pretty, no?
I have no idea what I am going to do now. I'm bored. And this isn't even the first day of the holidays!
I have to make and finalise plans with me, Becca and Emily for London. Not too painful, I hope, especially as Emily has gone on the D of E thingit today. As has Katrina - big whoop.
Wonder if Heliopolis is back up?

I have a question. Why, oh why is it that whenever a vaguely successful television that names its episodes reaches a certain point, does it name an episode "Someone to Watch Over Me?"
And then why do the eps then become classics? I've just been watching both the Frasier and Star Trek: Voyager eps with the title, and they're both brilliant. Specially the Voyager one.
Friends doesn't fall into it cause of the whole "The One With" concept of its eps. And with Stargate, they haven't come up with this title yet but it's simply a matter of time.
There's a Stargate ep called a Matter of Time. And there's a Star Trek one too. They're both about black holes, I think.

I'm going out to post a letter. Hopefully it will be a nice long walk.
I've been making some preliminary notes for a new fanfic.

It's not supposed to make sense at this stage )
