Bowling For Soup

ravenThe weather is raw. Freezing cold and the wind brings drizzle that's sharp when you have no scarf or gloves. I walked home alone today.
The day has been, well, honestly okay. In the morning, I got an unexpected gift - a chocolate Eeyore lollipop from![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
cucharita - and I seem to have made plans with people to do stuff... Jane agreed to go and see The Two Towers with me! That's Sunday, I think... her, me, and emerald_embers. I would ask Becca to come, but I think that's the day she's going to Tony's Riverdancing thank-you-for-supporting-me-there's-free-alcohol bash/gig/whatever.
And yes...chanandlerbong, cucharita and _vertigo and me are all going to see Bowling For Soup. It won't be bad... on the 20th, the Thursday before half term, so the timing's not too bad, and a gig's a gig.
And apart from that? I was startled at the sheer volume of mash-slash messages, so I plan to plough through those next. If I finish the Flagg fic tonight, now tentatively titled "Shattering Glass", I may even post it.
I'm tired now.

AND mum actually said she'd talk to Dad about letting me go on a *gasps*SCHOOL NIGHT!!!! So I can most likely go. I said I'd get back at a time earlier than when I would usually go to bed normally. I just has to promise to go straight to bed when I go home.
