Unnecessary brilliance

ravenBiology wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I'm glad I learned the carbon cycle, and there was a whole lot of crap about sewage in rivers and nitrates in said rivers that I really didn't understand, but I don't care, it was okay.
Going in late was decadent. Of course, the one drawback was the fact I didn't have breakfast forgetting I wouldn't have lunch, and I'm hungry now but we're out of bagels and various things that are edible.
So, what else? I walked home with Becca and Julie today, neither of whom are going in tomorrow, and both of whom thought their geography was rather an anti-climax. I may have said it before, but I really like Julie. I like the exam time in that respect - I always seem to get to know her better. We were talking about birthdays, probably because Helena's was today, and she really appreciated the gesture of the chocolate I gave her. She's sweet, she is. And Julie started talking about her birthday, and how Helena kinda spoiled things by getting appendicitis at four am(!)

_vertigo who was coping with a phalanx of cancelled buses, and later, a text from Colleen, who now apparently wishes she played the triangle instead of the cello.
Hmmm... three more unrelated things.snowdrop24 and allisnow maintain there is a difference between UST and pre-slash. I think they're the same thing. I welcome arguments for both viewpoints.
Pedar has just offered a quote from Time magazine:
"If the American people are really satisfied with George Bush, Clinton was a man of unnecessary brilliance."
And lastly... have just found out, viasyxer7, that the next Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will be released on 21st June, 2003, and will be 768 pages long! Eep!
