Beautiful day
Jan. 10th, 2003 04:43 pmWell...
English was rather a non-starter. As you can see from the last post, my last remnants of English grammar/punctuation/spelling left me during the morning. I haven't failed my English... but still. My specialist subject, which I invariably make a crisis out of, every year. Except it isn't a year, it's less than six months since my last set of exams, and less than six months until my next set.
Chemistry... well, my lack of revision was less of a problem than I thought it would be. What was a problem was the fact large portions of it were utterly new to me. I don't believe Mrs Williams at times... the other Chemistry set are doing much better than we are, and that's without Mrs Colvin (she has cancer, I think). Madness. I couldn't believe how physically tiring the exam was. I mean, two and a half hours in one place is going to be tiring, but still...
I drifted home when it was over, by way of the library because Becca wanted to go, and we met Meg and Charlene (Becca had a bitchfit over Charlene...) and later I met
eniddy and a few other people on the station.
It was a beautiful day. Freezing cold, of course, but blue skies, and I only noticed when I was walking home.
