Mixed metaphors
Nov. 12th, 2002 05:30 pmIona - I agree with Emily. Do you actually *do* any work???.
Have spent the last five minutes in shocked realisation that
purplerainbow is absolutely right. I am a lazy lazy human being.
Anyway. My doing work is not the point. At least, it is the point, but it can be covered in a few words-
Work. I don't do it.
-and we can go onto the next topic. The next topic is Nirvana. In other words, Amazon have won through, shone like a bright light in the sea of incompetence, truimphed in the face of real-life adversity (ye gods, look at the mixed metaphors) and all of that. In yet other words, they have delivered the CD I ordered three days early. I am currently being blown away by You Know You're Right on top volume.
My mother is packing. Packing! She's coming home! *does happy little dance*
Once she is home, this twilight life of happy bohemian decadence will be at an end.
Yay!

on 2002-11-13 02:22 am (UTC)Is it just me, or did you think (on seeing the film) that the Hawkeye and Trapper characters were a bit swapped over?

And lunch calls...
