Rogue Planet
Oct. 20th, 2002 07:57 pmNice slashiness in M*A*S*H. It was the one where they win the pony and go riding off in the sunset on it, but I'm sure I've already written somewhere about how adorable it was, so I won't do it again.
Anyway, I was going to watch Enterprise instead of M*A*S*H (because, yes, when you only watch two programmes, they are invariably at the same time) but half way through, I decided I really didn't want to watch it to the end. I missed it last week as well, because Becca rang me to ask for help with Peter's homework.
It's strange, really, because Enterprise is good - has moments of real brilliance - but today's ep was too corny for words. Rogue Planet, I think it was called. Yuk.
Strange... I was thinking about Peter's homework, that I had to help with. Peter is seven years old. He couldn't do his homework, so he asked his parents, who didn't know, so they asked Crazy Dave, who has degrees in physics, and he didn't know, so Peter asked Thomas and Becca, neither of whom could help, so they called me. I could help with half of it.
I believe they wrote a list of people who had to be roped in to help onto Peter's homework before he handed it in. That was weird.
I have spent the whole afternoon writing, which is strange for me. It was Stargate fanfic, my Christmas story for this year, which I should have written last year, as it states I started it on 17th December, 2001.
I started to really enjoy writing it again. I've been going through a long, protracted bout of writers' block lately, so this is good. Maybe I can even finish the M*A*S*H fic.
Though I wouldn't hold my breath.
