Here are my opinions about the new episode of Doctor Who:

1. I like Matt Smith - I like his dynamism and his silliness, and I can definitely get behind him as the Doctor;

2. I love the colours, the primary reds and greens and blues and yellows of it all, and I don't know if it's a one-episode, fairy-tale-themed thing or more general, but I love it;

3. I am still fond of Moffatt's writing, and mostly of how he never forgets this is a show with a time machine and he always uses that to its fullest potential, getting twisty time travel plots in there wherever possible;

4. Most importantly. Amy is so beautiful and so awesome and she is not scared of anything and she works as a kissogram and oh my god I LOVE HER SO MUCH and ALSO SHE IS BEAUTIFUL.

(Okay, seriously. Being queer affects so little in my day-to-day life that sometimes I forget I even am. And then her oh my god Amy. I mean. Like. Like I am so far gone I want to cut pictures of her out of magazines and stick them to my notebook. Like. Oh.)

That is all. I am too sleepy to sit up straight.

I may have noticed quite early that her skirt was *very* short, due to extensive leg-admiring.

What I liked best about the use of the time travel in this episode was that it had time travel, but was still linear as well, so you could follow what was going on without having to think about paradoxes and getting a headache.
