Bacteria

Words cannot express how awful I feel - or how long I procrastinated before writing this, to be honest - but at least I can say I'm feeling better than I was a few hours ago, and at that point I was ready to curl up in a quiet corner and die. In conclusion, yes, I have a cold, and no, I shouldn't have gone into school today. Despite my mother's spoonfeeding me paracetamol and amoxycillin (in vain did I say antiobotics don't work on viruses, for she merely said, "You'll have secondary infection caused by bacteria!") I got worse, not better, overnight. And yet, I went into school. I don't have to copy up anything, which is good, but I can't remember a thing I was taught today. Neither can a lot of people, as the common room seems to be a centre of infection. Everyone's got it. As predicted, Becca wasn't in school, and I got Bev to take care of her homework and stuff because I wasn't feeling up to doing anything. I got myself up and out to the library at break, and got another Discworld book, as I read Mort over the weekend. I am now a fan of Death. HE'S SO COOL. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any more books featuring him in the library, so I got The Fifth Elephant, seeing as it has werewolves in it. In addition to that, I added a quote from Death onto my livejournal userinfo, which is all of the good. While I was there, I gave the page something of a re-vamp. It's been the same for too long.

I don't think I'm going to school tomorrow, as today was horrible (I sneezed and dozed through everything) but we shall see. I don't dare do any homework because I am bound to write a lot of crap. Anyway. Hmm. The one bright spot is the fact I now offically have Niffler status. I get a little thingy under my name that says-

-so yes, I'm happy about that. And I have nothing else to say.
