For the better part of a year, there have been two dates shimmering below my consciousness - June 17th and May 21st.
It is now May 20th, my English Lit GCSE is tomorrow, and I'm on the internet. Go figure.
In all seriousness, I am going to revise. Having made a mental agreement with myself, which was to come online in the morning, check email (done), read friends page (done) and skim through the Dope (not done - the boards are down for another twenty minutes), and then revise, things are so far going to plan. I'm going to read through my anthology again, and when I get bored of that, go on to History ("America in Depression, 1929-1939") and Biology. The only thing I like about Biology is how everything can be explained in terms of surface area to volume ratio or osmosis, so will revise concentration gradients and the importance of solute concentration itself, methinks.
And then - this is all part of the plan, y'see - I'll have lunch and watch M*A*S*H. If it's the episode I think it is, it'll be a worthwhile break from revision (Father Mulcahy gets Pissed Off, yay!). I'll come online again later on - according to
tabellae and
gamesiplay, today is Hug Your WIP day. I don't really have many WIPS - I can never hang on to things for too long - but I may just dig something out.
And whaddaya know, the boards are back up. Everything is going according to plan. Touchwood.
