"If you could be my punk rock princess..."

I just got up at the unearthly hout of nine thirty on a Sunday morning, just so I could see a five minute chunk of Popworld (on T4) with Something Corporate!
They showed us snippets of the video for Punk Rock Princess, which is, I think, their first video, and had the band talking to the camera. I never knew Andrew McMahon has his eyebrow pierced(!)
But yes. This is weird. It seems like in a year, they've gone from being this really obscure American rock band who no-one but me had heard of, to being on Popworld, which is nice, but weird at the same time. And oh, yes, we have to have to have to go to see them in March, have to.
I have got to convince my parents of this. I think I'm being a fangirlie, but it's Something Coporate!

Punk Rock Princess

Not exactly a GIP, as this post has some sort of substance to it. The icon was a pain to make, as I downloaded the video for Punk Rock Princess only to find the image disappeared as soon as I paused it to get screencaps. Then, I realised if I caught a screencap when the video was still playing, it would grab it, at a push. Of course, I then had no idea when to press "Capture" so I just kept on doing it randomly until I got good ones.

I love the video. And while we're on the subject, I had a go at persuading my mother about Someting Corporate in March. She's lukewarm. Fingers crossed.
