Nov. 7th, 2002 05:33 pmDidu died this morning at two fifteen am, local time.
I can't write about my "thoughts and observations" because I have none. I've been thinking more about my mother. I never knew Didu properly. I knew her a person who was there, whom I had seen and spoken to maybe half a dozen times - but it was obvious from the first that we would never had a grandmother-and-granddaugher relationship.
I don't know when my mother is coming home. I hope it's soon.

I'm oddly tired. Actually did some work tonight, and that might have something to do with it.
I didn't do any NaNoWriMo. I'm destined to fail, I just know it. I've also watched a surprising amount of television.
So, so tired. It's inexplicable.
Pedar spent some time last week trying to come up with the perfect desert. The result was carrot and orange cake with cream in the middle in the same bowl as Haagen-Dazs banoffee cream pie flavour ice-cream. It is the best desert in the world, no competition.
