I just came across this (http://synecdochic.livejournal.com/213567.html) rather fantastic treatment (as far as I can tell - I've only skimmed so far, but it came highly recommended by jedusor) of the OSBP thing, that's a lot more about being sex-positive and what that means than about the OSBP itself.
