ravenStrange confusion getting up this morning. Not really anything to say about it. A new consultant and his family came to visit for coffee. I was interested when I heard he had a daughter, because she'll obviously be going to Merchants'. They all do, it's a matter of honour and/or pretensions.
The little girl, however, is exactly that. Surprisingly little to be a consultant's daughter - she's only four and will be going to Stanfield. She is, however, extremely cute - her name's Emily.
And that's that. I have to read up about the war at sea, the Home Front, and the League of Nations and Abyssinia and Manchuria.
I'm bored.
