Fic:: Another Horsedreamer's Blues

I remembered: I write fic. It's a strange and alien concept, I understand; there has been what you might call a drought round these parts lately. But I do like Firefly, and, well, I have fic. This one has no spoilers for anything in the series or the Big Damn Movie. It's just a story. And I love writing and I'm glad I'm still able to do it. At least I hope, anyway. Also, it is three am. I think I need sleep.

Moving on, the title of the fic is from the Counting Crows song of the same name. It was betaed very efficiently by gamesiplay - thank you! - and the Mandarin is yoinked from taraljc.
