It is very rude of people to sell your spoons when you need them so badly, but they do say nice things about you on the site. I hope your pills start to help again soon. I don't know how much you're on, but I'm currently on 60mg (the maximum dose - so high, in fact, that you cannot buy it in such a dose) and it's kind of daunting that I need such a high dose, but on the other hand, I do feel an awful lot better on it.
