Will this form (http://help.lycos.co.uk/abuseform.html) do the job? Just give them your e-mail address and tell them-- it doesn't say the 'username' field is mandatory.

And I see further down the comments thread that she's also taken from someone else's userinfo, which makes me suspect either someone on the edge of fandom with a sick sense of humour, or random Google-and-paste.
