Mapmakers (Making Moony Laugh: the Suicide is Painless remix)

It's already been recced by musesfool, but seriously, everyone must go forth and read it. It killed me. Seriously, I can't believe that Making Moony Laugh inspired such a beautiful, beautiful story. It blew me away.

Mysterious remix author, whoever you are - I can't wait for Friday so I can volunteer to have your babies. And I have a distinct feeling that it's one of you - because can it be coincidence that the story is the Suicide Is Painless remix?

Of course, I may be completely wrong. But whoever you are, thank you so much.

In other news, I ought to go to bed soon. I got up at three thirty.

I'm so, so glad you liked the remix; I loved the story to begin with and was hoping I'd do it justice, so I was very happy to get your feedback.

For the record, re: your remix title: when I got assigned to rewrite one of your fics, I saw the M*A*S*H fics on your site and the reference was just far too good to resist. *grin*

Urgh, can you believe I didn't see this comment until now? Damn LJ and its broken notifications.

Of course I adored the remix. It made me see my original story differently (in a good way!), and the M*A*S*H ref made me giggle.

Incidentally, that offer to have your babies is still open. :)

Yeah, I can believe it from LJ. What I can't believe is that I'm up at 3 in the morning to do my replies, hah.
