Oh, my love, I should explain myself more. It's not the school system - this is the nightmarish process of becoming a doctor in this country if you're actually a doctor in another one. It's my mother who's got to go through it all...

Idiocy and bureaucracy, the twin children of human nature. Alas, even the british fall victim to it.
